1. City Classification
- Use PCA and K-Means clustering to classify major cities in China according to real estate indicators, divide them into 3 categories: ‘first, second and third-tier cities’, then visualize the result.
2. Geospatial Data Visualization using folium
- Use markerclusters, heatmap and choropleth map to visualize the distribution of rental apartments in Shanghai.
